Gillian is a Senior Consultant in the field of HRD who is experienced at working at Board level with companies in both the public and private sector, service and manufacturing and who specialises in facilitation for Partnering, management, business and team/personal development, counselling, strategic planning and organisational development.

Past successes have included developing and carrying out Partnering Workshops on demonstration projects. Undertaking a pilot project on developing skills and training/development on behalf of Manpower Services Commission and major local companies over one year. Setting up new division for internationally recognised Japanese company and launched product, resulting in training/marketing awards. Implemented project on change management for financial organisation which resulted in organisation receiving training awards. Represented local business community as Board member of TEC Advisory Board.
